When you know the physics and you have a reason for what you do it really is simple… It gets screwed when coaches give athletes just random exercises and drills with no reason as to “WHY”!
Everything we do has a reason. I even like when athletes ask my why.
When I coach an athlete I basically breakdown their needs and weaknesses and then pick from my toolbox of things to build that up…
