Her son plays baseball and is in 8th grade and is in his 2nd month of training here.
She wants to know how to build grip and forearm strength after his coach said thats what he needs…

Like I said the training changes as athletes advance and get stronger… You only need to give an athlete enough training stimulus to create adaptation.
