Feb 2019 Quarterly Testing

We test all of our athletes every 3 months give or take…

Last week we did quarterly testing and we had great results…

We always test our off-season athletes to keep a baseline of how they are improving and it gives us feedback on any training adjustments that might be needed.

We tested:

Deadlift 1 RM

Box Squat 1RM

Broad Jump

Vertical Jump

10 yard dash

Max Push Ups to the barbell

Max Chin ups

We had all of our athletes set PR’s in almost every test… For many of these kids it was their first time testing and I was happy with the results they got a lot stronger and more explosive in just 3 months!
