Another exercise that everybody that training here does…. Power walks!
If you follow us on the IG (instagram) you see somebody doing power walks just about every day…
If could only have one piece of training equipment it would be a dragging sled because it is so versatile and effective at build any part of the body.
Power walks take the stress off the quads and put it on the hamstrings. Right where most athletes need it… they make you run faster and bullet proof the hamstrings and get you better conditioned!
