Strong Enough?

“You can never be too rich, too good looking, or too strong!”

Thats a saying I’ve heard many times in this industry but plenty of coaches believe there is a point where strong is strong enough…

With everything training related it just depends…

I will say this if you are a strength and power sport athlete and aren’t yet at 1.5xbw in bench, 2x bw in real squat, 2.5x bw in deadlift than you aren’t even close to being strong enough.
