I am constantly preaching that consistency is king when it comes to success in a training program. I really love it because its one thing that we have human control over. We all aren’t born a certain height or with certain genetic athleticism but we can control how consistency we are and how hard we work.
Now, after that the next step is to learn to take responsibility for their own success. Sure we are here to coach them, guide them, and lead them the right way but at some point they have to take responsibility for their own success.
