We have a lot of stuff crammed into our facility… Most stuff you won’t find at any health club or gym. Every machine we have is for a specific reason.. to build weaknesses.

I get a lot of questions about our ATP or Belt Squat machine. It’s a great machine and there is a ton of stuff we can do with it from strength training, conditioning, jumping, and recovery.

It’s actually a decompressing device for the lower back as well… for this reason we love to put all of our members in the ATP because it helps traction out the lower back and it really works the hips and glutes (the power center of the body)..
